Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our signs are sold at low prices with free shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Damaged or wrong items: If your sign arrives damaged, or you received the wrong sign, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us at christinebarry76@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the sign (and the packaging if it's damaged). You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
